  So this is definitely not the greatest McDonald's location ever but they have the absolute best crew working the drive through in the morning. They're quick and efficient and have yet to mess up my order. They're pleasant and really nice to deal with when you're maybe a bit cranky before your morning coffee. Definitely recommend hitting up the drive thru in the morning!

  I usually do not rate places like McDonald's, because the bar is set pretty low. It's McDonald's.
  
  I was there last weekend, I believe it was the evening of Saturday and the level of incompetence I witnessed is actually staggering.
  
  Uncooked, way oversalted food and bad service. We'll get there.
  
  The lady taking the order seemed like she was either deaf or high. I would ask for simple mods to my burger and she would stare. Not a big issue, but strange.
  
  I asked for a larger water cup, they acted like they didn't know what to do. She stood there and tried to process it for almost 10 seconds before asking a manager what to do. I offered to pay for a larger cup. The manager grabbed the same small cup and rushed over to a tap before filling it up and handing it to me in a rude manner. It almost felt personal, I'm confused if they mistook me for someone else.
  
  I asked for a lid for my water since I was taking it into the car, my request was ignored. They looked at me and just went "uhhhh". Nobody else was in line, just me. So this was very strange. Also I wasn't being rude in the slightest, but I was confused.
  
  After being ignored I said "nevermind" and left.
  Here's where it gets bad.
  
  My burger was oversalted to the point of being inedible. I order the same thing several times a week, and I've never had such a disgusting over seasoned burger. I choked on it and tried a smaller bite from the other side, which was better.
  
  Then I bit into the middle. RAW.
  Raw burger. Pink. Falling apart. I spat it out, took a picture and threw that garbage into the trash.
  
  I'm confused as to why I had such a horrible time, I've never been to this McDonald's before and I didn't know any of the staff. Unreal.

  I find it veeeery frustrating that this location will clearly advertise it being open 24/7, but will be closed from 10pm and onward. It would be fine if they don't have enough staff to keep up with those hours. False advertising is frankly dishonest and poor business practice. Other than that, the staff when they are here are decent and it's a typical McDonalds experience far as the food goes. Please just keep up with the other locations or be honest and advertise accordingly.

  Absolute WORST McDonald's experience EVER!!
  Sherwood Park AB, massive fail!
  Walked out of the first one after the lady took 15 min to punch it in and got it wrong 3 times.
  Went to the second and they messed up our order, had to go back for missed items 3 times, had to return the boys cheeseburgers because they were hard and cold. The staff was rude, condescending and actually tried to argue with me over chicken sauce packets that we had payed for...:-(
  Last straw, manager/supervisor was rude to my Son in the play-place for taking off his socks.
  Yep! Not impressed! Yelping the shit out of this one!

  Very dirty Restuarant I have ever been in the floors had a trail of pop or something from the Pop machine to the door to get into the back staff / work area! Food was cold one McDonald's I would not recommend the fellow who took our order got it wrong because he was speaking his language to another Indian person instead of taking care of customers. Tables were dirty and they should be using the recommended cleaner which is pink and recommended by McDonald's and not windex! Washrooms not clean and smelled horrible . And am offended that the manager and another fellow wearing a turban dressed in jeans thought it was alright to talk while taking my order? # 1 I am Canadian and speak another language as well but while I am working I speak our English language not this Punjabi crap ! That should be saved for after work or at home not in a work place while taking my order that was very rude to do. Shame on you McDonald's  allowing that rude behaviour
